The Regional IT Digital Delivery Head is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of digital projects and initiatives across the region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of IT operations, digital transformation, and project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving digital innovation and efficiency within an organization. The Regional Digital Delivery Head will oversee teams that use agile, data-driven, and digital solutions to deliver IT transformation projects. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of technological advancements to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement a regional digital delivery strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and goals.
  • Project Management : Lead and manage the delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional IT digital delivery team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Performance Monitoring : Monitor and report on the performance of digital projects, using data-driven insights to drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Resource Allocation : Allocate and manage resources effectively to support digital project delivery and ongoing IT operations.
  • Technology Innovation : Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the digital capabilities of the organization.
  • Head and Lead the engagement profitability by overseeing various variables.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand business engagements.
  • Recognize the full scope of the client’s technical environment.
  • Deliver using Agile SDLC techniques to improve solution quality, allow for flexibility, and discover new growth possibilities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks & issues (including escalations) for program delivery.
  • Establish and maintain communication with key customer decision-makers; lead and coordinate pursuit teams.
  • Cultivate, engage, evolve, measure, and incentivize team members.
  • Engage with customers on industry developments and best practices that will affect them.
  • Ensure value creation in the engagement.
  • Create client presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW) for new opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management and digital delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management or digital transformation are a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, preferably from Tier 1 Engineering / Business Schools.
  • Must be a technologist with a minimum of 5 years of coding / developer experience (Non-SAP).
  • Knowledge of enterprise agile frameworks like SAFe, Spotify.
