Role: The position is to support the SVP Americas from the DIRI organization, assisting in daily activities, managing internal projects and processes, and ensuring follow-up on key DIRI actions.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Support the SVP Americas with strategic analysis related to US administration decisions.
- Coordinate the crisis cell organization and deploy methodology for customs tariffs.
- Attend, conduct, and host frequent teleconferences and virtual meetings.
- Prepare, analyze, and finalize Customer Fiches for meetings with Customers, Government, Authorities, or Regulatory Officials.
- Manage major Air Show organizations (e.g., MRO Americas, Mexico FAMEX).
- Assist the SVP Americas in coordinating information and developing action plans with customers, industrial partners, military, or government authorities in the Americas.
- Consolidate market watch, country briefs, and update institutional lobbying contacts in France and the Americas.
- Support travels and missions by collecting information and drafting programs.
- Standardize reporting and processes for DIRI across the Americas.
- Consolidate weekly/monthly reports for the region, including with Airframers representatives.
- Implement regular updates of key indicators for the region (external and internal).
- Contribute to and follow up on the yearly strategic plan for the Americas.
- Support the SVP in organizing the annual Americas S4 seminar.
Preferred Profile & Professional Qualifications:
- Junior profiles with 3-4 years of experience in similar roles are acceptable.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- High proficiency in English (spoken & written); Spanish is a plus.
- Effective communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital applications and Microsoft tools.
- Experience or travel in the Americas is advantageous.
