Qualifications

  • B2B sales experience in lighting or building materials.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Who are you?

Job Context

  • Member of the local Opple Europe team
  • Direct report to Head of Sales Europe
  • Works closely together with the other account managers in the region
  • Well balanced Tactical and Operation skills
  • Customer focused / intrinsic passion for excellent customer service
  • Practical, hands-on mentality
  • Clear verbal communication including the ability to communicate empathy and be concise
  • Persuasive sales skills and ability to influence
  • Unwavering professional presentation, even under pressure
  • Experience with Salesforce is a pre
  • Experience with ERP system (preferably SAP Sales & Distribution module)
  • B2B sales experience within the lighting / building material / B2B industrial sector
  • Experience with basic Microsoft programs like Excel and Word
  • Experience with internal or external Warehousing & Distribution partner (3PL)
  • Fluent in English and French

Your responsibilities :

  • Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
  • Build the coverage in the assigned region
  • Win wholesale customers in the assigned region
  • Drive continuous business performance improvement based on challenging ambitions
  • Realize the top line pricing and bottom-line targets set by the head of sales
  • Build a business case in collaboration with the head of sales for business expansion in the assigned region
  • Maintain a long-term relationship with the customers
  • Execute the distribution
  • Gather and analyze market information and communicate with Opple marketing team
  • Meet the targets and budget
  • Manage internal relationships between channels and departments
  • To gather local market information and feedback via Market Intelligence / Marketing function
