How You’ll Make a Difference

You will lead programs aimed at increasing engagement with academic and vocational institutions in Europe, focusing on Germany and France. Your responsibilities include developing and managing outreach initiatives, collaborating with regional stakeholders, and acting as a PMI ambassador in the academic sector.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Business, Project Management, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the educational markets in Germany and France, including familiarity with institutions, faculty, students, and industry chambers.
• Proven experience in developing and executing programs within a global organization.
• Experience leading organizational change and working in dynamic, customer-centric environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in German and French (native or near-native) and English.
