Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a Technical Agronomy Advisor to support farmers and distributors across North and Central France. The role is field-based, focused on agronomic advice, farmer engagement, and market development for an innovative biostimulant product.

Key responsibilities include building relationships, providing practical advice on horticulture and cool-climate grapes, and organizing farmer demonstration days and on-farm trials.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agronomy or related discipline, 0–4 years' experience in agronomy, agriculture or technical sales.
• Strong knowledge of crop production, plant nutrition and biostimulants.
• Experience with horticulture and cool climate grapes is essential.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with farmers and agricultural distributors across the region.
• Provide practical agronomic advice across horticultural crops and cool-climate grapes.
• Support the use of biostimulants within existing crop programmes.
• Organise farmer demonstration days and support on-farm trials.
• Work closely with distributors to support customer visits and technical sales.
• Attend agricultural events and develop a strong local network.
• Monitor trial results, farmer feedback and market developments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on market activity.
