Position Overview

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury hotel environment
• Experience in Front Office and Club Lounge operations
• Passionate about guest service
• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
