Recruitment Specialist for a Construction Company

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to support the hiring needs of our growing construction and development group in Bali. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a professional with experience in recruitment and HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and publish job listings

Post on relevant platforms and track responses

Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates

Manage recruitment funnel and database

Onboard new hires, including housing and transport arrangements

Draft job contracts and assist with legal paperwork

Organize staff testing, training, and internal interviews

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a recruiter

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Confident user of Google Sheets and digital tools

Strong organizational and communication skills

Willingness to relocate to Bali (support provided)

Working Conditions:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Flexible shift: 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00

Official employment with insurance

Salary: From 6 million IDR/month, based on experience
