About the opportunity

This role involves managing our client account in France. Leading a team of professional Talent Acquisition specialists, you will have the scope to make your own mark and develop the team.

You will deliver a best-in-class resourcing function by achieving performance metrics, and also own a continuous improvement roadmap to enhance our people, processes, and technology, aiming to exceed client expectations and delight stakeholders.

The wider team will look to you for expertise, trusted advice, management, and development. The role involves collaboration with specialists in employer branding, recruitment marketing, sourcing, DE&I, and continuous improvement.

About you

You should have proven experience in a people management role within talent acquisition, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

You should demonstrate achievements in improving KPI performance, operational discipline, data integrity, and recruiter capability. You should also be able to analyze data and review processes to manage risks and opportunities in large-scale recruitment functions.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of building relationships across diverse cultures are essential qualities.

  • Delivery responsibility across KPIs & SLA's and contractual agreements

  • Fluency in French & English
