Job Description:

Halr Tech Group | Remote | Full-time | Commission Only (80%)

You will operate as a Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure. Your responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates across tech, IT, engineering, or sales verticals.
2. Utilizing infrastructure such as CRM, ATS, job boards, automations, contracts, and billing, which are all handled for you.
3. Operating under a credible, modern brand that opens doors.
4. Being part of a community of like-minded recruitment partners.
