Description du poste

To lead Talent Acquisition (TA), Assessment Team and TP CC Recruitment Team with following responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition
  1. Understand the qualifications / job specifications required by both internally and from Client
  2. Ability to source CVs from multiple channels both online and offline
  3. Create Job Posting internally and externally using multimedia / online platforms
  4. CV screenings
  5. Closely liaise with Yogyakarta and Jakarta team in terms of work alignment and Reporting
Assessment / Evaluations:
  1. Accustomed with Psychological Assessment tools (both offline and online)
  2. Ability to understand and interpret the Psychological Assessment result
  3. Hands on in HR matters (Recruitment and Employee Services) and has a good understanding of UU Ketenagakerjaan
  4. Report Creations
TPCC Recruitment Team:
  1. To handle any manpower request coming from TP Global Group (Cloud Campus recruitment, Internships) and fulfill it within timely manner
  2. Had some exposure in doing the overseas recruitment projects
  3. To be involved in internal projects / initiatives (Automation, Aspiring Minds, Recruitment Audits)
  4. Report Creations
The ideal profile should match following requirements:
  1. Experienced in leading big recruitment team and intensively involved in massive hiring
  2. Strong capability in assessing people, (people person) and enjoy working in a very fast-paced environment.
  3. Can-do attitude is a mandatory
  4. Data driven and able to create report as well as analyze it
  5. Fluent in both oral and written English
