Overview

NES Fircroft are delighted to be recruiting a ‘Recruitment Coordinator' on behalf of a market leading operator for their major LNG project in Mozambique.

Location: Paris
Duration: 12 months renewable

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruiting processes by working with project recruiters, C&P and third-party vendors
  • Manage network through industry contacts, association memberships and trade groups to access top talent in the LNG industry.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, processes and systems to support large-scale global recruiting for both employees and direct contractors
  • Serves as back-up support for the Recruitment Coordinator MZ on recruitment matters
  • Liaise with other HR functions to help ensure talent acquisition processes are carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop protocols to track, report and communicate recruiting metrics to monitor the efficiency and time span to fill positions.
  • Identify issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.
  • Ensure compliance with the Internal Recruitment Policy
  • The Recruiting Coordinator assumes primary responsibility for contributing to the development, implementation and management of talent acquisition strategies, processes, policies and tools.
Context and environment
  • This position works with different stakeholders, candidates, agencies, hiring managers, government institutions, to fulfil recruitment deadlines;
  • This position works with external stakeholders in order to develop partnerships to promote recruiting events;
  • This position requires strong interpersonal skills for the Coordination of the various activities.

Accountabilities
  • Full-cycle recruiting, leveraging coordinated efforts to fill vacancies. Accountable activities include building relationships with active & passive stakeholders, consistent messaging of employment brand through targeted advertising & social media as well as maintaining a presence at key industry events to recruit and establish the client as a top-choice employer.
  • Anticipate, design, implement and monitor changes in Recruitment policies, procedures regulations
  • Provided mentorship to team members and hiring Managers in the project about how to handle recruitment - at all levels and both internal and external.
  • Effectively coach and mentor direct reports and team or project members to raise their professional capabilities.
  • Manage all external vendors utilized for recruitment / branding / advertising purposes
Qualifications/Experience required
  • Relevant University Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or any related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a generalist Human Resources, onboarding, or recruitment.
  • Proficient computer skills with applications such as MS Office Suite and learn new ATS Applicant and Job Boards and Resume database.
  • Prior onboarding experience strongly preferred; experience in facilitation and/or training preferred
  • Oil and gas industry experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the recruiting process.
  • Demonstrate the ability to act decisively.
  • Detail Oriented
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Solid decision-making abilities.
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English
