Morgan McKinley is looking for an Associate Director to join the Sales & Marketing - Technology team in Tokyo.

Get to know the division you could be joining

As an Associate Director in the Technology team, you would join a thriving desk and lead a small team of experienced recruiters specialized in recruiting across various roles in the Technology sector. This is a well-established recruitment environment with a client base for you to engage with from day one, offering a great career path.

Your role as a Recruitment Consultant

  1. Achieving monthly and quarterly fee targets
  2. Sourcing candidates through advertising, search, and networking
  3. Interviewing, selection, and assessment of candidates
  4. Business development activities targeting new and existing clients, including research, canvass calls, and quality calls
  5. Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of the sector and market recruited in
  6. Preparing candidates and clients for interviews
  7. Ensuring high levels of service to clients and candidates
  8. Completing all candidate and client information in the database system
  9. Keeping all information up to date
  10. Leading a small team

What We Are Looking For

  1. Extensive recruitment experience, preferably with team leadership experience
  2. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Professional, self-motivated, and a team player
  5. Entrepreneurial spirit with confidence, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  6. Currently based in Japan
