You will operate as a Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Source, qualify, and place candidates across tech, IT, engineering, or sales verticals.
  2. Utilize infrastructure such as CRM, ATS, job boards, automations, contracts, and billing, all handled for you.
  3. Operate under a credible, modern brand that opens doors.
  4. Be part of a community of like-minded recruitment partners.

Minimum requirements:

  1. At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in 360 or agency recruitment.
