Halr Tech Group | Remote | Full-time | Commission Only (80%)

You will operate as a Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Source, qualify, and place candidates across tech, IT, engineering, or sales verticals
• Utilize our infrastructure: CRM, ATS, job boards, automations, contracts, and billing are all handled for you
• Operate under a credible, modern brand that opens doors
• Be part of a network of like-minded recruitment partners

Minimum Requirements:
