We're seeking a detail-oriented CRM Processes Specialist to manage and optimize our Pipedrive implementation, ensuring data quality and delivering actionable insights to leadership. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our sales data and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Management:
    1. Manage and optimize Pipedrive CRM configuration and processes
    2. Ensure data integrity and maintain clean, up-to-date pipelines
    3. Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures
    4. Monitor and improve deal movement through pipelines
  2. Reporting & Analytics:
    1. Create and maintain comprehensive reports for D- and C-level executives
    2. Develop dashboards that provide actionable insights
    3. Track and report on key sales metrics and KPIs
    4. Monitor data quality metrics and compliance
  3. Process Implementation:
    1. Design and implement new CRM processes
    2. Document CRM procedures and best practices
    3. Train sales team on CRM usage and data entry standards
    4. Identify and implement process improvements
    5. Manage system integrations and data flow
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    1. Work closely with sales teams to ensure proper data entry
    2. Support management with data-driven decision making
    3. Collaborate with marketing team on lead management
    4. Provide regular updates to leadership on CRM health
Required Qualifications
  1. Extensive experience with Pipedrive CRM
  2. Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
  3. Proven track record in CRM administration and optimization
  4. Experience in creating executive-level reports and dashboards
  5. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
