About the role:

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for welcoming, assisting, and advising guests arriving at the Spa or making telephone reservations, ensuring a pleasant, efficient, and professional experience in line with Four Seasons standards.

What you will do:

• The Spa Receptionist must be qualified and experienced in reception and service, demonstrate good team spirit, and have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of an upscale clientele.

• Responsible for making telephone reservations in line with Four Seasons standards. Must be familiar with treatments to describe and advise guests effectively.

• Keep the lobby and juice bar clean and tidy.

• Collaborate closely with various hotel departments.

• Organizational skills are essential.

What we are looking for:

You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and be fluent in French and English.

Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of Book4Time software is appreciated.
