Position Description

Night Receptionist (M/F/X)

Within a team of about ten, you will ensure the smooth operation of guest stays at the hotel.

Your goal: Provide each guest with a unique, personalized, and warm service and experience.

Under the supervision of the night manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Participating in closing procedures,
2. Managing cash registers and billing,
3. Handling the telephone switchboard and reservations,
4. Exemplary conduct and communication, prioritizing customer satisfaction,
5. Ensuring safety, maintaining calm and security of guests and property,
6. Adhering to safety standards of the establishment.

Work schedule: 4 nights / 3 days off

Qualifications

• Studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or Customer Service
• Fluent English required; knowledge of a third language is a plus
• Proficiency in Opera and/or Tars is advantageous
• Sociable, service-oriented, attentive, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Behavior and attitude suited to the luxury environment
• Adaptability, organization, and rigor
• Proactive and innovative mindset
