Position: Day Receptionist

As a day receptionist, you participate in the hotel's management and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

1. Guarantee the safety of the hotel and guest satisfaction.
2. Provide various services to guests (welcome, reservations, tourist advice, etc.).
3. Contribute to retaining existing clientele.
4. Serve breakfast after the night shift.
5. Handle customer objections and complaints as needed.
6. Manage billing and collections, oversee cash control, and ensure the security of funds.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent presentation; previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language such as Spanish is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and commitment to guest well-being.
• Dynamic, friendly, motivated, and proactive.

Technical Skills

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are essential.

Details

• Schedule: 24 hours/week starting September, including weekends and public holidays, plus one weekday (alternating mornings/afternoons, 7 am-4 pm or 1 pm-10 pm).
• Compensation: Fixed salary plus quarterly performance bonus.
• Start date: As soon as possible.
