Located on the edge of the Château de Versailles Park, nestled in a lush green setting, the Waldorf Astoria Versailles – Trianon Palace invites guests to discover 199 rooms and suites within the five-star Trianon Palace and its four-star Pavilion; the brasserie-style restaurant “La Véranda” and its bar gallery; the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant “Gordon Ramsay”; conference and event rooms; as well as a fitness center and the luxurious Guerlain Spa.
Position Overview
Established in 1910, the five-star Trianon Palace offers 85 rooms and 15 suites with stunning views of the Versailles Park and the hotel’s landscaped gardens.
This historic setting features many beautiful spaces, including a large gallery filled with natural light and decorated in a refined, contemporary style.
Located just opposite the Trianon Palace, the four-star Pavilion features 99 rooms with modern and sophisticated elegance, most offering beautiful views of the garden.
We are currently seeking a Day Receptionist (M/F) to join our exceptional Front Office team, which includes receptionists, concierges, valets, and porters, all supervised by our Front Office Manager.
As a true ambassador of the hotel, under the supervision of the Front Office Manager and the Day Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, high-quality service, and complete guest satisfaction — all within an exceptional work environment.
Permanent full-time contract (CDI) available immediately
39 hours/week – Morning shift: 7:00am to 3:20pm – Evening shift: 3:00pm to 11:20pm
Main Responsibilities
Handle check-in and check-out procedures for individual and group guests
Welcome guests (in person and over the phone) and create a memorable experience
Provide information about the stay, formalities, and hotel services
Assist with room planning, billing, and delayed service charges
Profile
Fluent in French and English
Previous experience in a similar luxury hotel reception role (internships or apprenticeships included)
Must have authorization to work in France
