  • Manage a team of 6 to 15 people
  • Be responsible for the economic and qualitative results of the reception department (budget adherence)
  • Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers, sub-suppliers, and local partners
  • Apply Club Med’s quality standards and hygiene and safety rules
  • Ensure quality relationships between your team and clients
  • Promote internal sales (B&B, meals, stays)
  • Support the integration and development of your team members through training and courses
