Job Description: Reception Manager at Club Med Asia

We are currently seeking a talented Reception Manager for our Club Med resort in Asia (excluding Australia). The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Availability and international mobility for a period of 6 to 12 months
  • Diploma in international industry preferred
  • Bilingual in English and French or Mandarin preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Contract Details:

  • 12-month contract
  • Seasonal contract with salary based on skills and experience (fixed salary plus performance bonus)
  • Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med, along with other benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 6 to 15 staff members
  • Ensure the economic and qualitative success of the reception department, including budget adherence
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers, sub-suppliers, and local partners
  • Apply Club Med’s quality standards, hygiene, and safety regulations
  • Maintain high-quality relationships between your team and clients
  • Promote internal sales such as B&B, meals, and stays
  • Support team integration and development through training and courses
