As a Reception Manager at Zuma, you’ll be the driving force behind a seamless front-of-house experience, maximizing revenue opportunities while delivering exceptional guest service. Take the lead in creating unforgettable first impressions at Zuma!

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired
by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Cannes, in
the historic Palm Beach. Our luxurious year-round venue plays host to guests
attending the many iconic events through-out the year. With a stunning terrace
and a multi-format indoor dinning, Zuma Cannes is the go-to location within the
South of France. Zuma is proud to be part of the Azumi restaurant collection.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and inspire the reception team to deliver top-tier service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Strategically manage reservations to optimize revenue and enhance the guest experience
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
  • Keep the management team in the loop with key updates and insights
  • Drive group bookings and elevate the brand profile through innovative strategies
  • Mentor and develop the team, fostering a dynamic and positive work environment
