Socomec Sas at Huttenheim's industrial site seeks a Team Leader to oversee the Receiving team of about 10 people, ensuring smooth goods receiving operations and serving as the vital link between the team and management.

You will organize priorities, lead routines such as Top 5 and 5S, train new staff, drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and quality across receiving and storage activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading logistics teams.
• Experience operating industrial vehicles/equipment.
• Proficiency with IT tools including ERP, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Organize and coordinate receiving activities according to priorities and workflow requirements.
• Lead the team and facilitate routines and meetings (Top 5, 5S Management, Fabriq).
• Participate in problem-solving processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and track operational performance indicators.
• Contribute to development of work standards and conduct audits.
• Manage administrative tasks within the ERP system and coordinate interfaces with the logistics subcontractor.
• Onboard, support, and train new employees on operational standards.
• Foster skills development and multi-skilling within the team.
• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote ergonomic practices.
• Participate in receiving and storage operations.
