Sekoia in Paris (hybrid) is seeking a Data Engineer / Data Scientist to build and industrialize a real-time data platform capable of handling massive volumes and turning data into tangible product value.

You will design and deploy end-to-end data processing, ML algorithms, and production pipelines, collaborating with product squads while ensuring performance under heavy loads and strong data governance. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in data science and software development.
• Proficient in Python and its scientific stack (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, optimization and machine learning at scale.
• Experience with production-grade CI/CD, testing and software engineering practices.

Responsabilités

• Build and operate the data platform and data pipelines end-to-end.
• Design, implement and productionize data processing workflows in Python.
• Centralize heterogeneous sources to ensure data reliability for all teams.
• Develop and orchestrate pipelines with Airflow.
• Apply ML algorithms and statistical methods to product features.
• Deploy models to production with MLOps and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Analysts and Product managers to translate needs into algorithms.
