Harmattan AI in Paris is seeking a Software Engineer to join the C2 Core team to build the nervous system of our tactical C2 application. You will work on low-latency, secure data handling on rugged hardware, connecting robot fleets with COP and Mission Planner.

The role emphasizes real-time networking, IPC, and efficient resource usage in field conditions, requiring strong C++, Rust, or Go and collaboration with mission planning, HMI, and UX design teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience shipping production-grade apps with real-time UI.

Responsabilités

• Design ingestion pipelines for high-frequency telemetry and video streams.
• Build IPC or pub/sub systems for data routing between HMI and robot fleet.
• Optimize resource usage on rugged, offline hardware.
• Architect fault-tolerant state machines for degraded networks.
• Collaborate with mission planning, HMI, and UX teams.
