PT Global Bali Home is seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our in-house sales team in Ubud. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for selling our premium residential villas (both completed and off-plan units) and contributing to the growth of our development projects across Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a respected developer and work directly with property buyers.
Promoting and selling our in-house residential properties (ready-to-move and off-plan villas)
Managing the full sales process from lead qualification and site visits to closing
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
Providing expert consultations in English to domestic and international buyers
Actively participating in client meetings, showings, and property visits across the island
Collaborating with management on pricing strategy, positioning, and marketing campaigns
Contributing ideas and insights to improve the overall sales approach and effectiveness
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property market trends in Bali
Candidate with fluent English communication skills
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales (agency background required)
Bachelor's degree (S1) in business, marketing, communications, or related field
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Confident, well-presented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Proactive attitude, results-oriented, and passionate about real estate
Willingness to work from our Ubud office and travel across Bali as needed
