Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales team in a fast-paced real estate agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, a strong understanding of the Dubai property market, and the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: •Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. •Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers. •Oversee and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure. •Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the market. •Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and generate high-quality leads. •Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies. •Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
