Responsibilities

• Identify and bring new properties under management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical and unusual properties, etc.).
• Run your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, relationships with property owners and guests).
• Organize your time and work from where you want (partial remote work / fieldwork).

Requirements

• Persuasiveness: You can convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and to do a great job is what counts.
• Autonomous: You want control over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
