Jobtailor is seeking an ALB contact person for the Douai area to identify and onboard new properties for management, and to oversee coordination of cleaning, maintenance, and owner/guest relations. The role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere with field activities as needed.

You will manage your portfolio with autonomy, shaping your schedule while relying on a strong, established process framework.

• Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relations with owners and guests).
• Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partially remote / field work).

Requirements

• Persuasive: You know how to convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
• Open to everyone: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or another field — your willingness to learn and do a good job is what matters.
