Description du poste

Property & Network Director, Western Europe
Paris, France

As Property & Network Director for Western Europe, you will be responsible for planning and directing all aspects of Pandora’s real estate functions. You will collaborate with regional management and the Global property team to develop business and store expansion strategies for owned and operated (O&O) stores across Western Europe. Additionally, you will oversee property management services including store design, maintenance, planning, budgeting, and office management. Reporting to the Global Property VP and the Western Europe GM, you will manage a team of 10 professionals.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Define the property development strategy for the Western Europe cluster to support Pandora’s growth ambitions.
  2. Lead real estate selection and leasing processes for Pandora’s retail stores in France, Spain, and Portugal.
  3. Maintain a pipeline of potential future store locations.
  4. Negotiate leases and renewals to meet financial targets, working closely with Legal teams.
  5. Supervise repair and maintenance activities with vendors.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with key partners such as mall leasing executives, suppliers, landlords, and industry stakeholders.
  7. Participate actively as a member of the Western Europe leadership team.
  8. Manage property teams in France, Spain, and Portugal.
  9. Promote Pandora’s values of We Dream, We Dare, We Care, and We Deliver to guide staff, partners, customers, and suppliers.

Experience and Skills

  • Over 10 years of leasing experience in major shopping centers or retail environments.
  • Knowledge of major metropolitan markets and shopping centers at a national level.
  • Strong leasing and negotiation skills.
  • Management experience with intercultural teams.
  • Stakeholder management, business partnering, and influencing skills within a matrix organization.
  • Fluent in English; French and Spanish are advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexibility, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Passion for developing and leading teams.
  • Willingness to travel regionally regularly.
  • Extensive experience working with international brands in collaborative matrix organizations.
  • Recruitment Process
