BBVA Paris, within the Global Risk Management – EMEA, is seeking a senior professional to manage corporate credit risk for French corporates, focusing on Real Estate. You will analyze credit proposals, support bankers, monitor exposures, and prepare periodic risk reports, while ensuring compliance with policy standards.

The role requires a strong finance background, 5+ years in risk or investment banking, and fluent French and English; Spanish knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or Engineering from a top school.
• At least 5 years in corporate credit risk management or corporate investment banking with Real Estate specialization.
• Strong financial background with ability to form independent credit opinions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and/or English; Spanish knowledge valued.

Responsabilités

• Assist management in credit analysis and approval.
• Collaborate with bankers to assess credit, structure, profitability per client.
• Monitor and report exposures to risk.
• Yearly monitoring of client financial performance and sector overview.
• Identify risk drivers and evaluate stressed scenarios.
• Ensure timely submission of credit approval documentation.
