Main mission
The Client Partner is in charge of sales promotion and development in his/her geographical area (Toulouse Far SOUTH). He/she ensures personalized follow-up of active customers, agencies having purchased services via their head office. Their aim is to strengthen customer relations, maximize satisfaction and generate additional business.
Responsibilities & Activities
Customer portfolio development & loyalty
- Manage and develop a portfolio of active customers and agencies under framework agreement.
- Make regular visits to ensure close follow-up and anticipate needs.
- Implement lobbying actions to reinforce the adoption of Leboncoin solutions.
- Support customers in the use of tools and services to maximize their ROI.
- Develop customer satisfaction and turn them into ambassadors for the platform.
Business Development & Upsell
- Identify upsell opportunities for existing customers.
- Promote and sell premium packs, credits, options and advertising services.
- Upgrade agencies under framework agreement.
- Target and prospect new agencies in his/her sector to develop the portfolio.
Events & Networking
- Organize regional events (breakfasts, training sessions, workshops, etc.).
- Work in synergy with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Sales Management).
- Act as an intermediary in the field to promote the deployment of new products and strategies.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Monitor performance via KPIs and CRM.
- Analyze market trends to adapt sales approach.
- Use insights from the field to improve offers and the customer experience.
