The Role

We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Real Estate – Business Development Associate to join our growing Paris team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of Blueground’s expansion by identifying, negotiating, and securing new apartment supply in strategic Paris neighborhoods—ensuring each space meets our design and operational standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Supply Growth : Actively source and qualify new properties via landlord outreach, estate agent partnerships, developer connections, and market research.
  • Pitch with Impact : Present Blueground’s value proposition to prospective partners and stakeholders, emphasizing ROI, operational ease, and our premium resident experience.
  • Own the Deal Cycle : Manage everything from lead generation to lease execution—including pricing negotiations, contract administration, and onboarding coordination.
  • Market Expertise : Utilize internal tools to assess leasing opportunities and provide data-informed recommendations on rent structures and unit selection.
  • Partner Management : Foster and grow relationships with landlords and agents to secure renewals, align pricing with market trends, and manage ongoing property condition issues.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with our operations and legal teams to ensure a smooth handover and flawless property onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate, business development, or sales (startup or hospitality experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Central (market) property market and neighborhood dynamics
  • A natural communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently drive deals from start to finish
  • Passion for design, interiors, and high-quality urban housing
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and a tech-savvy approach to deal tracking and pipeline management
  • A pre-existing network of landlords, agents, or developers in London is a major plus
