• Knowledge of continuous improvement and operational excellence principles.
• Solid understanding of business and financial drivers.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement multi-year resource plans aligned with business forecasts.
• Ensure availability of qualified and certified personnel to support project execution.
• Optimize workforce utilization and equipment allocation across projects.
• Support Project Managers and Site Managers during project execution.
• Ensure interventions are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate operational priorities and resolve resource conflicts.
• Promote a strong culture of nuclear safety, industrial safety, and quality.
• Capture lessons learned and implement improvement actions.
• Drive enhancements in operational practices, maintenance methods, and training programs.
• Build strong relationships with customers, nuclear plant organizations, and subcontractors.

About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you will lead the execution of field operations and ensure the availability of the resources, equipment, and capabilities required to successfully deliver nuclear services projects.

You will play a key role in driving operational performance, customer satisfaction, safety, and profitability while supporting the long-term development of products, teams, and operational capabilities.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager or Director, you will manage a team of approximately 10 to 20+ employees, depending on scope.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Resource Management

• Define and implement multi-year resource plans aligned with business forecasts.
• Ensure availability of qualified and certified personnel to support project execution.
• Optimize workforce utilization and equipment allocation across projects.
• Support Project Managers and Site Managers during project execution.

Project Delivery

• Ensure interventions are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.
• Support the profitability and performance of the assigned project portfolio.
• Coordinate operational priorities and resolve resource conflicts.

Safety, Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Promote a strong culture of nuclear safety, industrial safety, and quality.
• Capture lessons learned and implement improvement actions.
• Drive enhancements in operational practices, maintenance methods, and training programs.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with customers, nuclear plant organizations, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Procurement, and Engineering teams.
• Support business growth through improved operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial services, engineering, nuclear operations, or project execution.
• Strong understanding of nuclear services and operational environments.
• Experience in resource planning, project support, and team leadership.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and operational excellence principles.
• Solid understanding of business and financial drivers.
