Location: Nestlé Purina, Issy-les-Moulineaux, 92 France

Minimum Qualifications:

1. A Master's degree in Food Science or a related engineering field
2. Knowledge of main food regulations and international standards
3. Strong understanding of food safety and quality management tools (ISO norms, HACCP, NFSMS)
4. English required (read, written, spoken)
5. Willingness to travel frequently

Manager: Compliance Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Raw Materials & Vendor Quality Specialist, you will support all internal vendor quality compliance assessments by developing and maintaining a network of experts for auditing. You'll drive quality continuous improvement initiatives to achieve First Time Right in a no-waste environment for all raw materials delivered to NPP EMENA factories and co-manufacturers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RAW MATERIALS & VENDOR QUALITY SPECIALIST

Quality Strategy:

1. Support NPP EMENA RM & vendor Quality Manager in developing quality roadmap & objectives based on Group and NPP EMENA ambitions.
2. Monitor enforcement by tracking relevant KPIs.
3. Promote quality awareness/communication program ensuring every NPP EMENA employee influences quality through leadership dedication and passion.

Leader of Quality System:
Communicate, implement, and enforce Nestlé Quality Management System requirements within category-specific NPP EMENA vendors.

Leader of Quality Auditing and Verification:
Plan the assessment of raw material vendors for quality and food safety compliance; verify new ingredient development and specifications against Nestlé quality standards; provide food safety risk management support.

As Business Partner / Challenger:
Support RM & vendor Quality Manager in providing inputs for technology platform development, participate in project risk assessments, and ensure relevant QM experts are involved in documentation development.

Factory Technical Assistance:
Coordinate all internal vendor quality compliance assessments and drive quality continuous improvement initiatives.

Root Cause Analysis and Action Plan:
Monitor quality performance in vendors for improvement opportunities and lead the Management Review of Quality process.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

1. Experience in vendor audits, factory audits, and project management.
2. Experience in an international environment.
3. Ability to work with multicultural business partners and independently.
4. Fluent in English; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
5. Result-oriented.
