Manager: Compliance Manager
As a Raw Materials & Vendor Quality Specialist, you will support all internal vendor quality compliance assessments by developing and maintaining a network of experts for auditing. You'll drive quality continuous improvement initiatives to achieve First Time Right in a no-waste environment for all raw materials delivered to NPP EMENA factories and co-manufacturers.
Quality Strategy:
Leader of Quality System:
Communicate, implement, and enforce Nestlé Quality Management System requirements within category-specific NPP EMENA vendors.
Leader of Quality Auditing and Verification:
Plan the assessment of raw material vendors for quality and food safety compliance; verify new ingredient development and specifications against Nestlé quality standards; provide food safety risk management support.
As Business Partner / Challenger:
Support RM & vendor Quality Manager in providing inputs for technology platform development, participate in project risk assessments, and ensure relevant QM experts are involved in documentation development.
Factory Technical Assistance:
Coordinate all internal vendor quality compliance assessments and drive quality continuous improvement initiatives.
Root Cause Analysis and Action Plan:
Monitor quality performance in vendors for improvement opportunities and lead the Management Review of Quality process.
