Description du poste

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

You will be responsible for testing and validating new radio systems, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies for new radio systems.
• Set up and maintain test equipment.
• Conduct automated and manual tests.
• Analyze test results and identify technical problems.
• Estimate the impact of problems on the system and customers.
• Work with development teams to propose and validate solutions.
• Write test reports in English.
• Validate pre-production and industrial processes.
• Provide technical support to the industrial team.

Qualifications

Required Skills :

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of RF Transceiver architecture and testing methods.
• Experience with microwave test equipment (spectrum analyzers, synthesizers, thermal chambers, power supplies).
• 2+ years of experience in a validation team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of modems is a plus.
• Curiosity, autonomy, and a strong work ethics.
