Your mission, roles, and responsibilities

We seek a motivated trainee to support the deployment of sustainability best practices by translating core procedures into clear, actionable operational initiatives and assisting in training the engineering community.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Analyze core sustainability procedures to identify key messages and create understandable, actionable guidelines for engineers.
2. Prepare engaging training materials (presentations, animations, guidelines) to facilitate understanding and deployment of best practices.
3. Support the deployment of best practices through internal communication materials such as newsletters, blog posts, visuals, and monitor their implementation.
4. Gather data on current engineering practices and their environmental impacts, analyze this data to identify improvement areas, and track sustainability initiatives' progress.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Ideal candidates will have:

• A degree in Communication/Marketing with a strong interest in sustainability and basic technical understanding.
• Skills in project management, organization, and change management.
• Rigorous, critical thinking, and synthesis abilities.
• Mandatory proficiency in French and English.
