Ampstek is recruiting a Solutions Engineer / System Analyst to join its System Analysis team in France. You will bridge business needs and IT delivery across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

You’ll work hands-on with IT solutions, ensuring traceability of requirements and alignment with business goals. The role emphasizes collaboration with business and technical teams in an Agile setting, and requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Engineer, System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience in an R&D environment.
• Hands-on system configuration, integration and testing.
• Strong requirements analysis, documentation and specification skills.
• Data analysis skills or data-domain knowledge.
• Knowledge of Agile methods.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional English.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Maintain requirement traceability from definition through to delivery.
• Define solutions and write technical-functional specifications.
• Configure, integrate and test systems hands-on.
• Support deployment and post-deployment activities.
