Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Ability to rotate through four R&D projects including international assignments up to 6 months.
• Some software engineering experience outside of academia (internship, Co-Op, hackathon, etc.).
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies and techniques quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication with management and executives.
• Ability to collaborate across sites, time zones and cultures.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver Fiber Monitoring Solutions for the ONMSi product line.
• Interact with marketing and engineering to align product with architecture trends.
• Follow market evolution to enable innovation and updates.
• Work with Security, DevOps and Automation teams to ensure quality and reliability.
• Provide technical expertise to support field issue analysis.
