VIAVI Solutions France SAS invites you to join a 2-year R&D Excellence rotation program in Saint-Etienne. You will develop and deliver fiber monitoring software for ONMSi, collaborating with Agile teams across marketing and engineering to turn concepts into production-ready solutions.

Based onsite, you will experience multiple rotations, work across sites and time zones, and gain exposure to Java, TypeScript, cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• We are looking for individuals with skills and experience in the following topics: organization development, communication, and software development.
• Organization Development and Communication: engineering degree, legal CPGE background, fluency in French and English, willingness to rotate internationally up to 6 months, internship/co-op experience, teamwork and autonomy, rapid learning, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication with leadership.
• Software Development: Java (Spring, J2EE), TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, Angular, REST, PostgreSQL, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Swagger, CI/CD, cloud and virtualization platforms, and experience with network concepts.

Responsabilités

• Interact with diverse areas to achieve business unit goals in development.
• Participate in full lifecycle development of software systems.
• Develop and maintain product alignment with industry architecture trends and business strategy.
• Monitor market evolution and drive innovation with the team.
• Collaborate with Security, DevOps, and Automation specialists.
• Provide technical expertise to support field issue analysis.
