Pernod Ricard is seeking an R&D, Product Lifecycle & Quality Product Manager to steer the mid- to long-term vision for the Product Family, coordinating multiple squads and driving value realization across the organization. You will shape roadmaps, manage EPICs, and translate demands into actionable backlogs in collaboration with business process owners and tech teams.

Qualifications

• Deep strategic planning capabilities.
• Strategic thinking & value-driven mindset (roadmap creation, product vision articulation, value monitoring…).
• Experience in Product Management and people management, preferably within a multiple-teams structure.
• Strong communication & stakeholders management skills (customer centricity…).
• Good industry knowledge and insights into key challenges for the domain/family.
• Experience in managing roll-out plan of IT projects/programs/products.
• Understanding of agile mindset & practices.

Responsabilités

• Steer the strategic vision and roadmap for mid/long term within the Product Family.
• Coordinate squads dedicated to the Product Family and realize value.
• Demand management: capture and arbitrate local needs with proximity teams.
• Backlog management: review EPICs, own EPICs, and contribute to portfolio backlog.
• Provide product roadmap, squad resource forecasts, and ROI tracking.
• Drive product lifecycle with framing, editors’ roadmaps, demos and roll-out plans.
• Coordinate resources, engage stakeholders, and ensure arbitration when needed.
