Botresources is offering a 6-month internship in R&D for candidates ready for full-time employment shortly after. You will work closely with the R&D Director on applied research problems, focusing on agentic systems. Qualifications

• Master's level (final year) in mathematics, computer science, or engineering school.
• Understanding of generative AI fundamentals and LLMs (attention, transformers, context).
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to receive feedback and question your own assumptions.
• Scientific rigor in experimentation and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute benchmarks to evaluate agentic system performance.
• Test and compare new agentic architectures.
• Work on explainability: understand and document how agents make decisions.
• Contribute to R&D phases on client engagements.
