Ingenico Group recherche un R&D Information System Manager à Suresnes pour superviser l'opération sécurisée de la Software Factory. Ce rôle implique de gérer une équipe, de définir des infrastructures dans un environnement multi-cloud, et d'assurer la conformité avec les standards IT du groupe. Le profil idéal possède un Master en Informatique, 10 ans d'expérience en infrastructure IT et maîtrise le français et l'anglais.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en gestion d'infrastructure IT, services cloud.
  • Maîtrise de l'environnement cloud multi et des systèmes Linux.
  • Anglais et français courants.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer et encadrer une équipe d'ingénieurs, favoriser une culture de collaboration.
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies sur le système d'information de la Software Factory.
  • Assurer la conformité avec la gouvernance IT du groupe.

Job summary

Reporting to the Group IT Director – Infrastructure, Operations and Cyber SecOps, you are responsible for overseeing the efficient and secure operation of the Software Factory (Information System dedicated to Research & Development activities). This role includes the design and implementation of infrastructures in a multi-cloud environment as well as maintaining and developing a strong relationship with the main stakeholders of the solution.

It is an international position with a strong focus on supporting Ingenico business activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance & delivery culture.
  • Manage relationship with main stakeholders.
  • Contribute to, and support R&D initiatives and roadmap, in compliance with Group IT standards
  • Manage relationship with vendors.
  • Infrastructures Build & Run
  • Define, deploy and conduct strategy on Software Factory Information System.
  • IT assets (servers, applications, appliances, ...) lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with Group IT governance, including but not limited to Security Operations
  • Support activities management
  • Define & conduct end-users support activities (onboarding, applications functional support, offboarding, …).

Profile

You have a Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including cloud services. You are fluent both in French and English.

Important technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure, including servers (mostly Linux) networks, storage and security, Virtualization (VMWare)
  • Proven knowledge of multi cloud environment, virtualization, IT tooling and Linux systems.
  • IT tooling (monitoring/logs management/inventory tools/...)
  • Knowledge of Jenkins, bitbucket, artifactory
  • Disaster Recovery Plan (Zerto)
  • Infrastructure as a Code
  • Proven experience in maintaining an application ecosystem related to software development (Source Code Management, continuous integration, …)
