We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support role covering Southern Europe. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organisation, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.

Location: Remote, Spain or Portugal

Job descriptions:

1. Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities, and complete quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
2. Communicate promptly with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions when necessary.
3. Support analysis of regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information.
4. Conduct research and analysis on market requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industry science and technologies.
5. Travel as needed to support client meetings and company events.
6. Support other business requirements when needed.

Your skills and experience:

• PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
• Outstanding listening, verbal, and written English communication skills.
• Proactive with a pioneering spirit. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Native language speaking will be a significant advantage.
