Alice Bob in Aubervilliers, Île-de-France, is seeking a Nanofabrication Process Technician to join our cutting-edge cleanroom team. You will execute wafer fabrication processes, operate advanced equipment, and ensure quality, traceability, and throughput in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Microelectronics, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor, microfabrication, or nanofabrication environments.
• Hands-on experience operating cleanroom process equipment.

Responsabilités

• Execute wafer fabrication and R&D wafer fabrication per SOPs.
• Operate a wide range of nanofabrication equipment.
• Ensure high standards of quality, repeatability, and traceability.
• Perform in-line process characterization (optical microscopy, profilometry, reflectometry).
• Record and analyze process data to meet specifications.
• Own assigned equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement and SOP development.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Process Integration and Test teams.
