Alice & Bob is seeking an experienced Leader for the Hardware Platform Operation (HPO) team in the Île-de-France region. The role focuses on overseeing cryo platform operations, cryostat and rack maintenance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability of the quantum hardware.

The candidate will manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, and continuous improvement while leading engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Production management.
• 5+ years in a production or critical infrastructure environment.
• Experience leading and managing a team.

Responsabilités

• Organize, plan and oversee the day-to-day operations of the HPO team.
• Ensure that user requests are documented and completed.
• Lead planning with the team and in compliance with users' constraints.
• Oversee cryostats and racks maintenance in operational conditions.
• Manage budget for the HPO team and coordinate with purchasing.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
