We are looking for a skilled and motivated Market Making expert in Digital Assets to join our team as a Quant Trader. The role involves developing and implementing liquidity-driven, latency-sensitive strategies and risk management systems. You'll work closely with our technology team, helping design systems to support your strategies. As the business grows, there may be opportunities for significant ownership of the desk.

The role is open to candidates worldwide, with remote work options. Requirement : Meaningful experience at a top tier Market Maker.

This position is focused on analysis, optimization, and day-to-day management of trading strategies, with the potential to evolve into a Senior Trader role, where you will manage your own trading book.

Your mission

Develop and implement automated trading algorithms, optimize existing strategies, and design complex computer systems.

Analyze market micro-structure to improve algorithm performance and develop new trading models.

Conduct in-depth research to identify new patterns and trading signals, and backtest them for effectiveness.

Design and develop short-term predictive models for signal generation, leveraging statistical and machine learning techniques to anticipate price movements and market shifts.

Manage trading books, monitor live trading programs, and ensure optimal execution.

Assist with quantitative analysis to support trading strategies and market insights.

Collaborate with the technology team to create automated trading solutions.

Engage in idea generation, strategy formulation, backtesting, and implementation.

Investigate and analyze crypto market products to support trading strategies.

Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies to maximize profitability and manage risks.

Work with exchange counterparts on margin, borrow, trade breaks, and market-making issues.

Experience

Significant experience at a top-tier trading firm with a focus on market making. Hard requirement

Experience in electronic trading, especially with HFT in FX / futures and / or digital asset markets. Hard requirement

Strong coding skills in at least one of the following languages : Rust, C++, Python, Elixir or similar languages; experience with large data sets and trading algorithms. Hard requirement

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills.
