Your mission, roles and responsibilities

You will work on meaningful challenges.

Support the TCS&Q Operations, Methods, and Digital Director.

Collaborate with other Group Functions

• System Quality
• FES (Lean)

Coordinate the Quality Network of Business Groups

• Organize monthly reviews
• Document tracking and action planning
• Support for Business Groups and other functions
• Organize on‑site events
• Consolidation and preparation of reporting

Project Management

• Operations
  • Define and improve quality tools in line with the established strategy
  • Draft procedures (with input from necessary experts)
  • Deploy quality tools (training, support at pilot sites, etc.)
• Digital
  • Automation and optimization of tasks within the quality function (reporting, dashboarding, etc.)
  • Technical projects on defect identification (vision systems, analysis, decision‑making, etc.)
  • Use of machine data to improve processes
  • Development of dedicated applications (AI, Power BI, etc.)
