Forvia recherche un(e) étudiant(e) ingénieur pour contribuer au développement Process & Industrialisation et à l’interface Produit/Process dans un environnement industriel international. Vous participerez à la définition des concepts d’assemblage, à l’implantation des lignes et à l’optimisation des temps, en privilégiant les approches DFA et l’amélioration continue.

Vous êtes en Bac+4/5 et possédez une appétence pour les procédés industriels, Lean et APQP.

Qualifications

• Connaissances de base en procédés industriels et industrialisation.
• Notions de Lean Manufacturing et amélioration continue.
• Notions APQP / PFMEA appréciées.
• Notions d’analyse de temps (MTM) souhaitées.
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Participer à la définition des concepts d’assemblage et instructions.
• Contribuer à l’implantation des lignes, équilibrage et charges.
• Participer à analyses de temps MTM et optimiser les cycles.
• Préparer et mettre à jour les livrables APQP.
• Suivi des indicateurs de performance et reporting.
• Reporting d’avancement et risques; communication avec les équipes transverses.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

1. Développement Process & Industrialisation

• Participer à la définition des concepts d’assemblage (process flow charts, instructions de travail)
• Contribuer à l’implantation des lignes, à l’équilibrage et à l’optimisation des charges
• Participer aux analyses de temps (MTM) et à l’optimisation des temps de cycle
• Évaluer la faisabilité process et les contraintes ergonomiques

2. Qualité & APQP

• Participer à la préparation et à la mise à jour des livrables APQP (PFMEA, plans de surveillance, standards opératoires)
• Contribuer aux analyses de risques process et au suivi des plans d’actions
• Participer aux démarches d’amélioration continue (qualité, productivité, réduction des rebuts)

3. Interface Produit / Process

• Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des principes Design For Assembly (DFA)
• Participer à la proposition d’améliorations produit/process en cohérence avec les objectifs QCDP

4. Support Production

• Participer à la préparation des jalons industriels (Run@Rate, démarrage série)
• Participer au suivi des indicateurs de performance

5. Reporting & Communication

• Participer au reporting d’avancement, des risques et plans d’actions
• Communiquer avec les équipes transverses

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Formation

• Étudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur (Bac+4 / Bac+5)
• Spécialisation en génie industriel, production ou mécanique

Expérience

• Une première expérience en environnement industriel est un plus

Compétences techniques

• Connaissances de base en procédés industriels et industrialisation
• Notions de Lean Manufacturing et amélioration continue
• Connaissances APQP / PFMEA appréciées
• Notions d’analyse de temps (MTM) souhaitées
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint)
