Vous soutiendrez la production en qualité, organiserez l'analyse des non-conformités et formerez les équipes à la qualité. The recruitment firm Réseau Alliance is looking for a Quality Technician (M/F) for one of its clients, specialized in the field of metallurgy, for a permanent position (CDI).

The position is based near Yvetot (76).

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be integrated into a team of 4 people and will support production in quality and continuous improvement of procedures.

Mission

Organize the recording, analysis, and processing of external (customers) and internal (rejections, internal scrap, rework, final inspection anomalies) non-conformities.

Support workshops and support services in handling discrepancies by providing the necessary tools and assistance for analysis.

Organize, lead, and manage meetings aimed at resolving non-conformities.

Maintain tools for collecting and managing non-conformities.

Conduct audits and implement associated action plans.

Identify improvement projects in the field and participate in their implementation.

Facilitate and/or participate in working groups and projects.

Participate in operational activity routines.

Train operational teams in quality practices and tools.

Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with quality standards.

Work closely with the CTR and workshops during new product or process industrializations.

Validate OJT authorizations and tutors.

Raise daily awareness of quality issues among teams.

Provide support and act as a substitute for the Operational Quality Manager as needed.

Profile

You have at least two years of similar experience, acquired in the industrial sector.

You are recognized for your analytical skills, diplomacy, and customer service orientation.

The fixed salary ranges from €32K to €37K gross/year + bonuses, 13th month, profit-sharing, employee savings, RTT (reduced working time).
